SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10:00 AM (AEST) MAY BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING SPECIFIC COLLECTION LAUNCHES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS. BUSINESS DAYS REFER TO MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND EXCLUDE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

 

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS


WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL FULL PRICE ORDERS exceeding $200 in cart value excluding any shipping cost WITHIN AUSTRALIA.  ORDERS TAKE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR australian DISTRIBUTION CENTEr. FOR ALL OTHER PURCHASES, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND WILL BE BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES VARY.  DURING CHECKOUT WE CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES VARY BETWEEN 7-21 DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAX & DUTIES 

 

ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA ARE NOT SUBJECT TO AUSTRALIAN TAXES. BECAUSE THE SHIPMENTS PASS THROUGH CUSTOMS, THEY ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOM PROCESSING FEES. IN MOST CASES, A BILL WILL ACCOMPANY THE DELIVERY, AND IS PAYABLE UPON RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE, OR THE BILL WILL FOLLOW SHORTLY IN THE MAIL. ALL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT OF THE DELIVERY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ESTIMATE THE AMOUNT OF THE TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR FEES THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS BUREAU BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU REFUSE CUSTOMS DUTIES AFTER THE PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PARCELS IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL SHIP EXPRESS COURIER (AIR) FREE AT CHECKOUT. SHIPPING METHOD CAN NO BE CHANGED. PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED. 

 

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (IIKANJI) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL COURIER CENTER FOR PICK UP.  IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (IIKANJI) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IN THE EVENT THAT A PARCEL IS NOT CLAIMED OR REFUSED BY THE RECEIVER, THE CARRIER WILL ATTEMPT RE-DELIVERY. HOWEVER, IF RE-DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS CANNOT BE MADE BY THE CARRIER'S CUT-OFF TIME, THE PARCEL MAY BE ABANDONED OR DESTROYED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES. UNFORTUNATELY, IIKANJI CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PARCELS IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES. IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO IIKANJI IT WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALSO CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@IIKANJI.COM.
