SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after10:00am (AEST) may be processed the next business day. Processing times may be longer during public holiday, or peak seasons. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS


We cannot change the shipping address or method of payment once the order has been placed. Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery once an order has left our warehouse.

RETURNS & RETUN SHIPPING

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Please see our full Return Policy for full details. 

 

SHIPPING COST (AUD) Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight and destination. Below is a guide to our shipping range.

Australia                        $12 - $18 (weight based) (Free Shipping Over $200)

New Zealand                  $20 - $35 (weight based)

Japan                                 $25 - $38 (weight based)

Rest of the World       $35 - $55 (weight Based)

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on location and weight.
  • Delivery times vary by country, typically 6-27 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAX & DUTIES 

  • Orders shipped outside of Australia maybe subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Delivery times for international orders are typically 6-27 business days (excluding 4-5 business days for processing)
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times or issue for delays caused by customs or local couriers.

 

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, phone number, or refusal, it will be returned to IIKANJI at the customer's expense. Return shipping costs, duties and taxes will be deducted from any refund.

For missed delivery's, your parcel may be held at a local courier center. if not collected in time, it may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed. IIKANJI cannot refund or reship in these cases.

Unclaimed packages are held for 30 days before marked as abandoned. Customers who abandon packages forfeit the right to an exchange or refund.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents. Submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order, and contact us at returns@iikanji.com
