WARRANTY

"At IIKANJI, we stand by the quality of our products. All purchases are covered by our 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This gives you peace of mind knowing your item(s) will be protected against manufacturing faults.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our warranty covers major faults that affect the performance, structure, or function of your garment, including: 

  • Seams coming undone
  • Fabric faults that result in product failure

WHATS NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by everyday use, improper care, or external damage, including:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Colour fading or discolorations
  • Damage from not following care instructions
  • Rips, pulls, or tears caused by use
  • Damage from contact with abrasive surfaces

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

  1. Email returns@iikanji.com within 90 days of purchase. Include:
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Clear photos of the fault

      2. Our team will review your claim and may ask you to return the item for inspection.

      3. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

  • If the fault is confirmed, IIKANJI will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the issue is not covered by warranty, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
