Refund policy


We get it. Online shopping can be difficult at times, and we understand that something you order might not end up being quite right for you. PLUS, we want you to be stoked with your IIKANJI threads.

We accept returns or exchanges on all FULL PRICED items (if stock permits) if they are returned to us within 30 days since the date you received the order.

All sale items or items purchased with a promotional code are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How to return

To request a return, please email us at returns@iikanji.com Let us know your order number, the item(s) you are returning or exchanging and the reason for return/exchange.

Ship the item(s) back to us:

  • Please Note: For change of mind returns, the customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Exchanges for different sizing, we are happy to help - as long as we have stock available. Please note:  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost both ways. We will invoice the return shipping fee before dispatching the replacement.

All items must arrive to us in their original, unworn and resalable condition including any packaging, tags, stickers or boxes. Please also ensure there is no hair, fluff, pet hair or cologne on the items. We will not process returns for items that are not in their original resalable condition.

We recommend using a tracked method of postage, as we do not take any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while they are making their way back to us.

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in ‘as new’ condition, we will issue you with a refund amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less any shipping costs. Refunds will be process back to the original payment method.

Your Consumer Rights

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, or non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will look after you.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
