ORDERS
I made a mistake in my order and selected the wrong size or entered the wrong shipping information, what shall I do?
Email us at gviikanji@hotmail.com as soon as you realise you have made a mistake and we will do our best to remedy the error before your order is sent.
Something isn’t quite right with my order - I have received the wrong item, what shall I do?

I am having trouble inputting my customer/shipping/payment information, it keeps rejecting my details.
Please make sure you double check you have got everything right. If after that, you still can’t figure it out, please send us an email at gviikanji@hotmail.com and we will have a look into what’s going on at our end.
SIZING
I don’t know my size and am wondering how the items fit?
We have included size guides and measurements for each size in the product descriptions for each item. We have also included our models sizing details to give you something to compare to. If you are still unsure please send us an email, and if in doubt read our returns policy here.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
