Shipping is free in all regions for orders over $200AUD.

Once your order has been packed and shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number, so you can track your package all the way to your door.

Unfortunately because of these uncertain times, shipping timeframes are varied and unreliable, and we can’t make any guarantees as to the speed of the methods and shipping providers we use.

Taxes and Duties

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties and taxes that are unique to your country. We are required by law to state the value of the contents of your package.

  •   All applicable customs, import duties, fees and taxes are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the package upon delivery.

  • If you refuse or fail to pay the above mentioned fees, duties or charges, your package will most likely be returned to us and we will refund the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges that are incurred by us from the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address/Details

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Private bags. Please ensure you have a physical residential address for delivery.

  • Please also double check you have listed your shipping address and details accurately when you place your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes if you have made an error. If a package is returned to us, because it cannot be delivered for any reason, any additional shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Return and Refund policy

We get it. Online shopping can be difficult at times, and we understand that something you order might not end up being quite right for you. PLUS we want you to be stoked with your IIKANJI threads.

We accept returns or exchanges on all FULL PRICED items (if stock permits) if they are returned to us within 14 days since the date you received the order.

All sale items or items purchased with a promotional code are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How to return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@iikanji.com. Let us know your order number, the items you are returning or exchanging and the reason for return/exchange.

All items must arrive to us in their original, unworn and resalable condition including any packaging, tags, stickers or boxes. Please also ensure there is no hair, fluff, pet hair or cologne on the items. We will not process returns for items that are not in their original resalable condition.

We recommend using a tracked method of postage, as we do not take any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while they are making their way back to us.

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in ‘as new’ condition, we will issue you with a refund amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less any shipping costs. Refunds will be process back to the original payment method.

Your Consumer Rights

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, or non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will look after you.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
